Ortur laser engraving machines have captured the hearts of users from all walks of life, who have found endless possibilities for their creative pursuits. From small business owners and entrepreneurs to artists and hobbyists, Ortur has enabled its users to turn their visions into reality. As we celebrate Ortur.net's 2nd anniversary, we wanted to share some of the inspiring stories about our users, and I hope these stories will inspire you too.
Enrich your spare time
@Studiofc06 used the Ortur laser engraver to create Christmas decorations with his children at Christmas, she said "Painting them will keep your children busy all the weekend,it was great family time."
@madebymoll said "We spent last year building our dream home on wheels..and have been living in it for about 2 months now.. not without turmoil.. but it's been worth it!!! I never thought our Ortur laser engraver would help us adventure to so many places!!"
@backroadbuslife said "It’d be super easy to buy one, but making it yourself and being able to customize it with the name, the hooks, and the logo gives it that special feel. Watching the progress of the children's belt colors on the rack, each color represents the children's efforts in karate. I’m very proud of the progress of the children and look forward to the day when the children become black belts!!"
Doing something meaningful
@Sam Hayward used the laser engraver for many worthwhile purposes. "The event is over so I am able to post what I have been working on with a friend. She does a charity dinner every year for Ranold McDonald House. We made 18 table center pieces, 100 napkin holders, 50 Tic-Tac-Tent games, and a large multi layered sign. It was a lot of fun working on all of this and I am so glad to be apart of this wonderful activity."
@Shenanigans By Sam used Ortur laser engraver to make decorations for her friend's wedding. "A few weeks ago a friend messaged me asking if I could make her some little engraved hearts for a wedding project she had in mind. What was created was so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. I custom cut and engraved the hearts. The rest of these cute little tea lights the bride and family whipped up! I’m so honored to have been asked to provide even something so small for such a big memorable day."
@Adam Clabaugh did something very meaningful with Ortur's Laser engraver. Hearing that the local police department lost one of the k9 units, he made the following slate and donated it to them.
Making Money
@Diane Colclough is running a custom business. Check out these cute Gnomies, they are so cute! She engraved their name on the feet of the Gnomies, definitely a unique gift！
Likewise, she made many beautiful gifts for Easter. "Our Custom Bunny Boxes are exterior clear coated to be reused, repurposed and built to last for many years to come. From holding your child’s Easter Bunny Treats to hold craft supplies, convert to a bug box , grow Herbs, hold Bath bombs or oils, toilet paper, Wine bottle glasses, so many possibilities!"
@style_en_bois has owned Ortur's machine for about a year, he has created a wide variety of wood products and now offers personalized gift ideas, and I'm sure the machine has already paid for itself.
@powprintz has said, "Wood engraving is both science and art form and at Laser Cutting Shapes, we use our laser engraving expertise to bring complex wood engraving projects to life, delivering precise, high-quality craftsmanship to projects large and small."
@Creabois by nico sold his works using Ortur laser engraver in the community. He has made a lot of Christmas decorations and we were amazed by his 1.2 meter Christmas tree. He is also making customized works and some time he would set up a stall.
