Why is the price I see on the website different from the price I paid?
This may be because your country doesn't use US dollars, but we only accept payment in US dollars.If you use Euros, the price displayed on our website will be in Euros. During checkout, the page will convert Euros to US dollars, but you will actually be charged the Euro amount you saw.
Why haven’t I received the password reset email for my ortur.net account?
Please confirm if you have registered an account on ortur.net. Only after registration will your email be stored in our system, allowing you to receive the password reset email.And then check your "Spam" folder for the password reset email.

How can I purchase replacement parts?
Please send a screenshot of your order and photos of the damaged parts for verification. Free replacement is available within the warranty period; parts need to be purchased outside the warranty period.
How many kinds of payment terms?

How long is the warranty period? Can I extend the warranty period?
All products sold on our website come with a one-year technical warranty for non-human causes.We have no extended warranty for the time being.
How about the return policy during the warranty period?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us and send a picture of the product's condition. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
