Ortur Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these Affiliate Terms and Conditions carefully before you apply to join our program or begin marketing our products. These terms are written in plain language to ensure they can be clearly understood and followed by all affiliates. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to maintain compliance at all times. The Affiliate shall be solely liable for all actions taken by their employees, agents, contractors or any third parties acting on the Affiliate’s behalf.

DEFINITIONS

As used in these Terms:

“We”, “us”, “our”, “ORTUR” refer to Ortur Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and our official website.
“You” or “your” refers to the Affiliate applying for or participating in the ORTUR Affiliate Program.
“Our Website” means ORTUR official site located at https://www.ortur.net/
“Your Website” means any website, social media account or digital property owned/operated by You that links to Our Website.
“Program” means the ORTUR Affiliate Program.
“Affiliate Link” means the unique tracking link provided to You via the ORTUR affiliate dashboard.
“Editorial Link” means non-advertising links embedded within genuine content, reviews or articles on Your Website.

ENROLLMENT

After receiving your application, We will review your digital properties and notify you of acceptance or rejection into the Program. Please allow up to 72 hours for application review.
We reserve the absolute right to reject any application for any reason. If you believe the decision was incorrect, you may contact us for reconsideration.
You must list all websites, blogs and social media accounts you intend to use for promotion inside your affiliate profile. Unlisted properties are not eligible to earn affiliate commissions.

RESTRICTIONS

Your participating digital properties MUST NOT:

Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy rights or other legal rights.
Violate any applicable local, national or international law, rule or regulation.
Contain threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, adult, pornographic, nudity content or materials harmful to minors.
Host viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or other malicious code designed to damage, interfere with, intercept or steal system data or personal information.
Deploy software or technology to intercept, divert or redirect web traffic, or use techniques that steal affiliate commissions from other affiliates.
Make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about ORTUR products, performance, pricing or warranty.

LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE

Upon acceptance into the Program, unique affiliate tracking links will be available through the affiliate dashboard. By joining the Program, You agree to all of the following:

You may only use the tracking link code obtained directly from our affiliate interface. You shall not alter, modify or manipulate the tracking code.
All domains and platforms using your affiliate links must be listed and approved in your affiliate profile.
Your Website shall not copy, mirror, frame or imitate the visual design, branding or look-and-feel of Our Website. You may not create any impression that Your Website is owned, operated or endorsed by ORTUR.
Cookie stuffing, pop-up forced clicks, fake clicks and misleading links are strictly prohibited. You shall not mask or hide the referring URL source where reasonably possible.
Redirects used to disguise or falsify the original click source are expressly forbidden. If You manipulate link redirection to hide traffic origin, all current and historical commissions will be voided, and your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated.
Genuine editorial links embedded within honest review content are permitted, provided they use valid affiliate tracking links and comply with all terms in this agreement.

PPC GUIDELINES

If you participate in Pay-Per-Click advertising, the following rules apply:

You are NOT permitted to bid on any ORTUR trademarked brand terms, misspellings or variations of our brand name.
You may not use ORTUR trademarked terms in ad titles, ad copy, display names or display URLs for PPC campaigns.
You may use generic product-related keywords that do not include ORTUR trademarks.
You may direct traffic from PPC ads to your own content page, and then use valid affiliate links to send visitors to Our Website. Direct linking from PPC ads to ortur.net is not allowed.

COUPON GUIDELINES

If your website promotes coupon codes, you must comply with the following rules:

You may ONLY publish coupon codes provided officially to you via the ORTUR affiliate program.
You are prohibited from publishing coupons obtained from ORTUR customer emails, paid ads, non-affiliate promotions or expired offers.
When users click the coupon link, they must land directly on Our Website. Framing Our Website is strictly forbidden.
Cookie stuffing and deceptive coupon tactics are prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Promoting expired, fake or non-affiliate discount codes;
- Claiming users must click a link to activate an offer;
- Using buttons that silently set affiliate cookies without genuine user click intent;
- Setting affiliate cookies via pop-under windows or when users copy coupon text.

DOMAIN NAMES

You are strictly prohibited from registering or using any ORTUR trademark words, brand names or misspellings as part of your domain name, subdomain or social media handle. Examples include ortur, orturlaser and all variations.

ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY

You may not create, publish or distribute any marketing materials referencing ORTUR or our Affiliate Program without submitting the material to us and receiving prior written approval. If you run email marketing campaigns promoting ORTUR:

Emails must be sent under your own brand. They cannot appear to be sent by ORTUR.
Marketing emails must comply with all anti-spam laws. You shall provide us a copy for review before sending to subscribers.

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

Promotion on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube and other social platforms is allowed under these rules:

You may share valid affiliate links on your own official social media pages, accounts and content channels. Example: “Save 25% off ORTUR laser engravers with our exclusive affiliate code.”
You may NOT post affiliate links on ORTUR’s official company social pages, or tag @ORTUR in posts for the purpose of converting ORTUR’s official followers into affiliate sales.

COMMISSION, ORDER REVERSAL & REFUND POLICY

Commissions are only payable for completed, valid orders that are tracked through your unique affiliate link.
We reserve the right to reverse commissions for cancelled orders, duplicate tracking, customer returns, chargebacks, fraudulent orders or violations of these Terms.
We may claw back commissions for up to 90 days after the original order date, if the order is returned, refunded or disputed during the customer warranty/return window.
If We request supporting information about your traffic sources or order clicks, You must respond promptly and provide verifiable proof. Failure to respond, intentional vagueness or false statements will result in voided commissions, zero commission rates or account suspension/termination.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice to the other party.
Upon termination:
- You must immediately remove and disable all ORTUR affiliate links, banners and promotional materials from all your websites and channels.
- Only valid orders generated before termination will be processed for commission, subject to our reversal policy above. Orders created after termination will not earn commission.
We may immediately suspend or permanently terminate your affiliate account without prior notice if You violate any material clause of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ortur Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., its officers, staff and partners from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to:

Your breach of these Affiliate Terms;
Your website content, marketing materials, advertising or promotion of ORTUR products;
Any claim brought by a third party caused by your activities under this Affiliate Program.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This agreement constitutes the full understanding between both parties regarding the ORTUR Affiliate Program. Any oral discussions shall not override these written terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
If any clause of this agreement is ruled unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully valid.
All communications under this agreement shall be in English.
